V2 after migration feedback

After the migration I’m encountering some odd behaviour.

The username/password login does not work, so I try google and then get a callback error or a client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established error. This also appeared when I tried to access the community and I was redirected to the previous beta site, upon login there was an error saying I had already migrated.

The right arrow to back out of a pickaxe can be confusing if you are say adding a knowledge base or connecting an action, I found myself on two occasions accidentally clicking on it and losing all my work. Perhaps you can consider introducing an auto-save, or a ‘do you really wanna do that message’.

Pickaxe form builder - it would be good to be able to reorder the input fields - as you may want to have them appear logically in a flow.

Suggestion to connect APIs at the studio level and not at the pickaxe level - such as Eleven Labs. Perhaps then at the pickaxe level you can specify which voice ID is being used for example.

Suggestion to introduce a development environment for pickaxes, so they don’t end up in a studio - I noticed upon creating that the pickaxe was assigned to a studio that wasn’t relevant. Alternatively, perhaps we could have a generic list, and then a tag for each pickaxe to assign it or duplicate it to the relevant studio.

Often, I was getting stuck when trying to find help on a topic, perhaps the Pickaxe creators could introduce a ‘Help’ Pickaxe chat that is accessible from the dashboard, so you don’t need to hop over here and you can just ask questions about the product - seems like a no brainer to me.

Other than that, I’m really enjoying the improvements!

Just want to make sure the login issue was resolved for you? It seems from the rest of your message like you were eventually able to get in.

Great suggestions! One thing to note, even when a Pickaxe is “in a studio”, by default it’s not listed. So that basically functions as a dev environment.

Login issues are now resolved, thanks - did the cache clearing / fresh browser trick as well just to make sure.

I noticed a couple more things whilst adding more things to the studio. Is it possible to add prompt injection to a form. As I noticed, after the form is submitted there is an option to chat - and upon doing so it’s fairly easy for someone with knowhow to expose information from a knowledge base and also configuration instructions. As a follow-up to this - it would be cool after you have submitted a form, the user is prompted to submit another form.

Is there a way to manage which tools appear logged out under guest, for example if I made my site public, I would only want guests to access certain tools, then upgrade to get access to more advanced tools - I also see this message in the logged out view ‘Access restricted - please add a product to access this tool’ and can’t seem to find where it is to amend it.
