What's the best Learn & Configure Settings to get specific answer from Knowledge Base?

Anyone got any tips? I have been moving sliders around for two weeks and A/B Testing and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get a very specific answer from a document that I know is in there. e.g. a Step-by-Step guide.

It really depends on the use case, what type of information you have in your Knowledge Base, and how you wanted it to be used.

The first thing I would recommend is actually curating the information you put in the Knowledge Base. Don’t dump everything in there. Less is sometimes more.

Well I can’t see any discernable difference in answers after a week of A/B Testing all slider combinations outside of maybe length of reply? Have you got any evidence it makes a difference at all?

Also got to appreciate the irony here - now we’re forced to wade through all combined Pickaxes Knowledge Bases for a studio to find what we want using a tiny window or add all… I just cannot see how that was a good idea. Has literally cost me days and days.
