HI. My client needs a chatbot, that’s why he is paying me to create and keep it working. The thing is: This chatbot is to assist my client customers, so there is not subscription; in fact, they never should know where the chatbot come from. All thesse people should use the chatbot to have assistance, but I’m limited to setting only 10 tokens for guests. And if I would create a webhook to make them as users on my pickaxe there is another problem: I can’t add users because I have to send a mail to them with a pickaxe direction so they should create an account.
How can I set more tokens for guests users? Should I upgrade my plan to PRO? It’s not a problem if solve my problem
Is your client using your Pickaxe as an embedded chatbot in your website? Or in a studio?
Here is a post about to how set usage limits on embedded Pickaxes. If it’s in a Studio, then you just need to go to the Access tab.

Not sure if you’re talking about Studios but… Guest users’ max usage must be lower than that of members or paid tiers. To set a higher number of “uses,” you would need to increase the usage limit for members or paid users.
Thank you Mike and Stephen. I was talking about the embed chatbot. Before your instructions, I was looking for it in studio only, now I know that are two separate things.
I appreciate your help guys, I think I’m ready to upgrade my plan to put my chatbot to work.
