Add/remove users via API (Pabbly, Make, etc.) OR allow User Validation Pass Through

We need a better way to add/remove users (or to gate access). Can anyone tell me if there is a solution? Here is our situation.

  1. We have proprietary knowledge that we have used to build our bots. In order to have access to our knowledge (and the bots that go with them) is to be one of our paying clients.

  2. Even IF we were to monetize the bots separately from our coaching program, we would still need to be able to add/remove someone when they leave our membership. They cannot have access to our knowledge (and related bots) if they are not a current client.

  3. We have over 900 clients! Most pay monthly (some pay annually). New clients join constantly. Existing clients leave (tell us they are leaving or stop paying). They could not pay for a month, lose access and then restart again. Our coaching platform deals with all this automatically - Paying members get access. Non-paying members do not.

It appears that we would have to MANUALLY add/remove/modify every user every time there is a change. Is this right?

+1 to this request. This is how I want to use Pickaxe to go with my membership/courses.

@smarterhq there are no API’s available yet so you can only add / remove users manually.

If you don’t need the sign in/sign up features in Pickaxe, you could do something like this:
