I might have a hole in my knowledge of this, but I’ve watched most videos and still can’t wrap my mind around something.
My members have access to my Pickaxe embedded on our membership site. I want them to be able to keep a chat going so their output gets richer as they use it.
My fear is they do all this work, close the window, and they are starting at ground zero again with telling it what they do.
Would it be better if I gave them access to a studio where they could log into? I’m fine with either… just setting it now and they’ll have access soon.
TIA!
I set up a studio and it’s doing exactly what I hoped it would.
I’m inviting members via the Invitation. Once they log in their sessions are available on the left side. This is SO good, team. thanks.

If your end-users are using your Pickaxe as an embedded Pickaxe on your website, they cannot access their chat histories. Embedded Pickaxes have no way of maintaining conversation histories and discerning individual users.
One of the main purposes of a Studio is to provide this functionality (user accounts and chat histories).
Thanks, Mike I dug into Studios yesterday and saw the light. I have it set up that way and invited 40 members from my VIP offer in. It’s beautiful.
Is there a short video on inviting people in (or better yet, just adding them)? It’s been clumsy as best, and really difficult at worst.
Request, Sign up, Invite - we’ve tried them all in the last 2 days with varying levels of ease and success.
A short Loom of our challenge.
Thank you!
You don’t have to go to into Access>Products>Access to invite users.
To invite users, you can actually go into the Users tab. Then Click “Manage Users”. There you’ll find a button labeled “+ Add Users” and you can invite users from there. This Pickaxe User Manual goes into more depth.
Is your current problem that you have a handful of users with outstanding invitations but you have no way to manually register them?
Yikes… 1-min Loom.
One I “+Add User” do they get anything from Pickaxe - an invite or a link - or is there something specific I need to send them?
I promise to RTFM next time. Apologies.
