Agent Not Pulling From The Knowledge Base First

I’ve performed multiple tests using documents with specific titles and I noticed my content isn’t being shared with the user. It seems the response is coming from the web, not the relevant knowledge base document. A few documents I’ve tested: male dominated, new job, six figures, only woman in the room to confirm the response isn’t actually pulling from the knowledge base for the BETA version of my agent.

@purpose2025 have you tried to set the relevance cutoff under the knowledge settings to a lower value?
