I’m really hoping someone might be able to help me. I’m quite new to Pickaxe and learning as I go, but I’m finding myself really lost at the moment. I’ve tried different ways to edit my project (especially with images and layout), but nothing seems to be working properly and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
I really believe in the project I’m creating, but right now I feel overwhelmed and unsure of what steps to take next. Would it be possible to speak with someone who can walk me through the basics or help me understand what I might be missing?
I’d be so grateful for any guidance or support.

For a lot of people there are two spots that can trick them up.

Selecting a model. This is right within the ROLE box. This model will depend on what you are trying to do. If you find your Pickaxe is not following directions, you may want to try 4.1 (use the highest one depending on your membership level)

Adjusting the Token length under Configure. A lot of times I see people fussing with their prompt, when all they need to do is increase the max input length so that the tool is reading the whole prompt.

It sounds like you are struggling in the way your Pickaxe Studio is displayed; do you have it working the way you want in terms of its functionality?
There’s a weekly office hours with the dev team on Thursdays that might be a good place to plug in, or you may want to explore hiring a Pickaxe expert to help execute on your vision.

I’m currently working on a Pickaxe project for my website MamaHaven , which is an online support platform for mothers. I’ve had a lot of interest and views on the site already, but I’m struggling with a few things mainly editing the supporters section. I want to change the profile images and make small adjustments to the layout, but no matter what I try, it doesn’t seem to save or show the way I want when I publish it.
I’ve watched tutorials and tried exploring the options, but I’m still feeling really stuck and unsure of what I’m doing wrong. I’m very new to all of this and learning as I go, so I’d really appreciate any step-by-step help or guidance to better understand how Pickaxe works especially how to make those final edits.
