Can a user buy a once-off 'pack' to top-up their 'credits/uses' if the reach the limit of a product

If my user buys a 50 credit product but reaches the limit within the 30 day cycle can I create a once-off top-up product that allows them to purchase more credits so they can keep using the tool and then the next month they will also get credits for the existing subscription based product… in other words, if they purchase the ‘once-off’ product does this override the existing subscription or is it in addition to the existing product?

I hope this makes sense. If there is another way for a user to avoid be ‘stuck’ half way through a detailed conversation with a Chatbot tool and be able to top-up credits I am interested to hear this please.

Hi,

Yes, this is possible in Pickaxe. All you need to do is go to the Access tab of your Studio, navigate to the Products & Paywalls section, click Add Product, and then set your product frequency to one-time. From there, you can specify the credit amount users will receive.

This way, when a user runs out of credits, they can purchase that one-time product to top up.

Let me know if I understood your question correctly or if you’d like any help locating these settings!

Does this change all the other products in the studio to one time as well? Has this been fixed? Now you can have existing monthly, one-time, and annual products all in the same studio?
