Instructions for how the bot should behave (like questions it should ask) should be put into the prompt directly. The Knowledge Base is best for things the chatbot should know sometimes but doesn’t need to know at every step of the conversation. The simple fix to your problem will be copy/pasting the documents’ text into the prompt (Role).
