Will a Pickaxe chatbot can retain conversation history for individual authenticated users across multiple sessions in a studio

I’m looking to create a Pickaxe that functions as a chatbot where my coaching clients can check in on a daily or weekly basis to provide updates and interact with it.
• If a logged-in user exits the Pickaxe and returns later (e.g., after a day or two), will the chatbot retain the context of their previous conversation and continue where they left off?
• If multiple users (each with their own login) are accessing the same chatbot Pickaxe (in a studio), will their individual conversations remain separate, ensuring that the chatbot retains context per user rather than mixing responses?

I want to make sure that each coaching client can have a persistent and private experience with the chatbot over time. Is this functionality currently supported, and if not, are there any workarounds?

End-users can revisit old conversations any time they’d like and continue the conversation. Within that specific conversation, the AI tools will remember anything said.

If an end-user starts a new chat, it will be a new chat and will not remember previous conversations.

We have a new feature called User Memory that allows studios to remember select things about end-users. Tools within the Studio can all access these memories and use them.
