Hi there, I’m trying to figure out the best way to create a pickaxe that will take a whole playbook of prompts I have created (and have via pdf) for creating optimized content to best practice (ie: youtube scripts, descriptions, linkedin carousels, etc). Is there a step by step process I can follow or any recommendations how to create this so that people don’t have to enter every single prompt from the playbook. For example I need it to learn about the person’s business, then share the weekly theme/topic, then I need it to give me an optimized blog post (following my prompts), then a post to go with the blog for linkedin, then write a youtube script, description, and some additional posts for throughout the week.
I don’t believe there’s an easy way to do this presently. It may be possible to do so with actions, but that would require a really creative solution I think.
Your best bet for now is likely to try to combine prompts when possible and then establish a suite of tools
together as a Pickaxe studio.
would it be easier just to create a GPT do you think? and map it out with a system of chain prompts?
@nancybyob as you probably know GPTs cannot be easily embedded externally and you can’t monetise as you do with a Pickaxe studio.
I would create a form to ask the initial questions, then pass the information to Make where the logic is built. You can filter the automation to follow a certain path based on the business / theme, create the blog post / youtube script and return everything back to your Pickaxe.
This is the only way at this stage to have a more granular control of the output without losing the benefits of the studio
