Loving the platform, first and foremost. I focus on asking if a data source like Airtable (a link to the database) gets called in real time if the app leverages the data. Or does uploading that particular version make it static data?

Documents: When you upload a document into your AI tool or chatbot as part of the knowledge base it is only digested once. No confusion there.
Websites: When you upload a website into your AI tool or chatbot as part of the knowledge base, it is digested upon upload. But then in the “Advanced Settings” there is an option to adjust how often the website is revisited and re-scraped. This may be important if you want to ensure that certain dynamically updated websites stay up to date in the knowledge base of a tool. I’ve included a screenshot of where you can find this setting.
