Free uses when making the website live

Hi everyone,

This may have been answered already, but I am trying to add a guest pass level for my studio when it is live.

I am having trouble with the free passes. I would like to have it tied to individual devices/accounts. But for some reason, the free uses seem to tick down even if different people are using them. So it will be 20/50 uses left for example even if that device hadn’t used anything yet.

What would the best way to go about this? Could you make someone make a free account where you get your free uses?

Can you explain more about how it is ticking down for different people? This sounds like a serious issue. Our system uses IP address to track users so it should function the way you want it to.

I used your Studio. I had 24/24 uses after signing up.
