How to accommodate a team of users?

I need to create a tiered pricing model that will support teams of users (not developers).
Tier #1: Single user
Tier #2: Team of up to 3 users
Tier #3: Team of up to 10 users

Tier 2 & 3 represent users from the same organization.

Can this pricing model be implemented in Pickaxe? If so, how? Ideally I want to do single monthly billing for each tier.

Currently, there is no way to allow all the users at a certain domain to get automatic approval. If you want to accommodate teams of users, I would suspect you’ll need to sell them entire private studios or find another workaround.
