I have a few questions regarding studio charges.

Can we configure usage limits by the entire studio instead of individual users? It makes much more sense for companies to pay for all their combined usage rather than individual staff usage.

Can they pay by tiers? Etc first 250 usage = 1 cost, the next block of 500 is another cost. And this resets at the beginning of each month.

Can there be auto top up by the company when they run out of credits?

Can there be credit limits set?
You can specify you desired usage limits in the Access tab. For example set a limit for Guests and don’t create any products. Everyone in the Studio will have the same usage limit that refreshes monthly. If you’re only sharing it with a single company or single group of people, then the Guest limit will do the trick.
Thanks Mike, I’ll give it a try. Since my environment is a corporate one, all members have to login to use. This is currently my settings. I should configure what you suggested under members instead of guest?
