Issues with chat button

So I’m trying to create a pickaxe chat. When I click the “chat” button in the pickaxe builder, instead of going to the chat builder, it essentially refreshes the page. However, when I log out and try to build a pickaxe, this issue does not occur. But I need to be logged in to build a pickaxe, so can someone please either fix this or tell me how to fix it myself?
