Knowledge Base Suggestion

I wish I could attach a google sheet to it and have the database refreshed every few minutes or hours. Currently, I have to download a new excel sheet and re-upload. Unless, I’m missing something?

You can connect it to a web-page and have the Knowledge Base re-scrape that page on a schedule. But not a google sheet unfortunately.

Ah thank you @admin_mike I thought I had seen this before I’ll give this a go!

We reorganized the builder a bit. If you click on Knowledge Base Settings you’ll see it there. You have to add at least one webpage-based knowledge source in order to adjust the setting.
