My studio is still under development but I noticed that users who log in with Google don’t have any package selected automatically if there is no “guest” option set.
I only have “Free” (for registered users) + Paid (not yet set meaning not available)
A probable fix for this would be to prompt them to set them on the “Free” package that everyone gets on registration automatically or prompt them to buy a paid package.
Ps. Not sure if this is something you are already aware and fixing, but thought this should be brought to your attention.
