User interface & User experience issues

I have used an iframe to integrate the studio to a website. The studio url I get to access it is: https://studio.pickaxeproject.com/STUDIOFUXV4R40L4XKIRV

The specific url opens a webpage without navigation menu to the actual studio tools. This resides in the following url: https://studio.pickaxeproject.com/STUDIOFUXV4R40L4XKIRV/home
This is a problem when it is a guest user, because it is not possible to click on the email address which serves as a navigation item to the user’s interface.

To the least I would expect a navigation item to allow the guest user to access the studio or when it is a signed up member, an item that gives an intuitive clue to the user so as to click it and renavigate to the studio tools.

In addition, I have tried the “Invite only” option so as to have more control over who access the “Member” credits, instead of the guest. Although the user is invited, signed up and confirmed the email address, it is not possible to sign in through the integrated webpage.

When the credentials are entered the page reloads to the sign in prompt. This might have to do with the fact the sign in comes from another domain. As a result, the users have to only access the studio on its own shared url or upgrade so as to add a custom domain, I assume.

You are not intended to embed Studios. That’s why they have no dedicated embed code.

You can embed individual AI chatbots with our rather robust embed system (both via iFrame and javascript). We don’t offer any such feature for studios. The reason is that studios lose a lot of their functionality (user tracking, user management, etc.) when they are embedded into a different website.

Well, ok.
In this case it would be really useful to make available an “invite only” option as well for individual pickaxe tools. If you do this, then I will be able to implement my use case with out the need of the Studio infrastructure.

That would be a really good outcome since I would no longer request the features I have asked for in another “feature request” of mine, regarding Studio.
