My users are getting this response when trying to input a query….
I recently updated all of my pickaxes to GPT-5.
Could this be causing an issue?
How do I fix?

Could you please let us know if you are using Pickaxe credits or your own OpenAI API key? If you are using your own OpenAI API key in your Pickaxes, you will need to log in to your OpenAI dashboard and verify your organization. You can do this by going to OpenAI Organization Settings and clicking the “Verify Organization” button. If you have just completed verification, it can take up to 15 minutes for access to become active.
I am using my own OpenAi API Key.. i went agead and went through the verification process via the link you sent…. now, my pickaxes are just ‘thinking’ without any response when I input a query…
thoughts on a fix?
Quick update…. it took about 45 mins and then started to slowly work again. I feel like the response back are much slower than prior to GPT 5 though…
