Hi!
Not sure if something has changed but I’ve noticed that when I ask robot to send the conversation to email now it doesnt work in HTML format anymore. Meaning the bot even though it sends email in html format its stripped from all basic HTML and just sent as pure text.
Can you look in to this or give tips what could be the cause of this?
Note - This use to work perfectly fine and only bug out occasionally.
Hey @hurmuli are you using a basic custom webhook to make or zapier to make this happen?

I am using Pickaxes own connector tool that sends the email through “studio.mail” after the user gives their email to the bot.
Most likely just a user (me) error. I double checked and the connector didnt have the prompt just the example HTML which seems to have been the issue which caused it not to work exactly as intended. Sorry for the extra trouble Mike / Nathaniel.
