Sending a pickaxe to someone to test it

Hi there, I’m testing the function of my pickaxe for external users (guests, anonymous, not signed in). I updated the settings to give “unlimited” credits, but it still appears to be preventing the submission of the form and prompting them to ‘upgrade’

Yes, I filled out the form with dud info and when I clicked the Submit button, it said I needed to upgrade. Mike responded recently to a somewhat similar report:
Stuck at 5 Credits Even After Setting to Unlimited - #4 by admin_mike

Thanks for testing it, Gene. Looks like the fix for that other post was refreshing the cache or going incognito, but that doesn’t seem to work for my issue if you also encountered the ‘upgrade’ text.

I’m wondering if it’s because I’m on the free tier for testing, but I have 41/50 credits left on the free tier, so I"m assuming that those carry over to external guests submitting forms.

Update: I was able to make it work, and I think the change was to make the Website Visibility “public” rather than ‘invite only’

If your studio is on invite-only that means users will not be able to run tools without having an account. So make sure your studio is both public and has unlimited credits for guests. Then people will be able to use it when you send it to them.
