V2 - Cloned studio not allowing me to access the pages in the folders

Hey, everyone.

I’m in the education space.

I have a “Master” studio which I want to clone and “rebrand” for different schools/universities.

Within this master studio I have a number of folders, each containing pages that have core content within them relevant to every new client, (instructions/guides/lessons, etc), but will need to be edited with client-specific information. (logos/school “rules” etc)

When I clone the master studio, all the folders are in the cloned version, but some of them appear to be empty. In fact, it looks like I’m actually locked out of them.

Anyone else come up against this, and if so, did you find a solution?

Many thanks.

Tavin

Hi @tavin_james,

If you duplicate your studio again, it should be fixed.

Hey, Stephen.

Thanks for your email, and the work you have done.

The new result is certainly better, but not completely fixed.

Here is a screenshot of a section of the markdown:

And here is how it renders in the studio:

I’m pretty sure my Markdown formatting is correct, so each sentence “should” follow the bullet symbol on the same line.

Any ideas?

Hey, Stephen.

Sorry, I’ve just noticed another issue.

Some of the layout on pages still needs changing, but when I go in to edit a page, it does not save my edit.

Example: If I want to insert another line break, the edit does not save the change.

Hey, Stephen.

I ran a little test on a freshly created page in the studio.

Here is the markdown I entered:

Here are the results:

As you can see, it’s not saving the spacing AND it’s justifying the text to the centre.
