I have been playing around with the free version of pickaxe to test it out, however I know I do not have the ability to switch to chatgpt4 (ability to upload doc, etc). When I get the paid version, does that increase the input and output character limit?

My goal is to create pickaxes, that my team and clients can use to create content. For example: Taking a Rough transcription and formatting it into an SEO optimized Blog. However it flags me when I try to paste the transcript, for having too many characters. Does this change with the paid version? What are the limits (for input and output)?

Also can this be worked around, by having the user upload a doc instead?

Yes, when you upgrade you gain the ability to max out all the models’ input/output limits. You also gain access to any new models that come out in the future.

Technically you could get around some input limits by having users upload documents, but the results won’t be as precise or immediate, because the doc-upload system uses a different AI system (embeddings) to retrieve summarized information from the documents. This method is decent, but again it’s not as precise as keeping everything within a one-shot prompt that uses a better model.
