Will it be possible for my clients to talk with my GPT’s and my GPT to reply with voice?

Voice inputs/outputs is a feature we are thinking a lot about . It won’t be available in the immediate future. But it may be in the long-term future. We need a better understanding of when/how users will use it before we design & build it.

Mike- nice to hear back and thanks for the kind note. I have read somewhere that Sam Altman said the recent development of talk to text made a much bigger effect that they expected and that is became a game changer. I use the chatgpt app on my iphone and can confirm it is an amazing assistance. I can talk with her and she talks back. In particular the GPTs are SO much easier to converse with. It is almost like talking with another person. In same ways BETTER

My potential use case would be database related. I want the ability for the user of my database style Pickaxe to create database entries by voice (instead of typing their entries) and then, similarly, for the ability for them to interrogate the database they have created by making their queries by voice (and getting a voice response).
I use ElevenLabs as my voice agent, it’s very easy to configure.
