It would be great to be able to email the output of a Pickaxe to the user. Email and name lead capture > Pickaxe > Email output to the lead

Dear, I managed to do this some time ago with the beta API function. The lead capture probably needs an integration with Google Sheets plus a webhook that then sends the spreadsheet by email to the respective user.

once the API link is in place, you will be able to achieve this in Make.com for example.

Yes, the Actions feature is rolled out. You can now connect an API for your email provider and send summaries of the conversation (or other information).
You can watch this tutorial video explaining how to set up actions. The very first example is how to make it email the output to the user.
If you want to send it from your own email account, you’ll need to connect Customer.io, Mailchimp, or whatever email service you’re using.
