Hi everyone,
I’m a personal brand strategist building a membership site using Pickaxe bots. I need help simplifying my setup and addressing some concerns. Here’s the plan and my questions:
Membership Structure:
- Base Level: Access to 6 bots for all members.
- One-Time Offer (OTO): Upgrade to 3 coaching-style bots that create foundational brand outputs (e.g., positioning statement, brand messaging, UVP).
- Monthly Releases: New bot added each month for members.
How It Works:
- The 3 OTO bots generate outputs that should feed into the 6 base bots for better results.
- Outputs can be manually copied into a Google Doc, but I’d prefer an automated way to carry this info across bots.
- Some users might start with a base bot (e.g., email marketing) and later upgrade to the OTO for better outputs.
My Questions:
- Daisy-Chaining Bot Outputs: Can outputs from the 3 OTO bots automatically feed into the 6 base bots? Is this manual, or is there a way to automate it?
- User Memory for Preferences: How can I let users “train” a bot (e.g., email sequence bot) to remember their copywriting style without starting over each time? The user memory feature seems basic (name, business), but I need it to store nuanced preferences. How do I avoid token limits wiping this out?
- Preventing Reverse Engineering: I’ve added code to block reverse-engineering my bot instructions/IP. Does this work? Any other ways to protect my IP?
- Token Usage for Coaching Bots: My OTO bots vary in use—one user might need one detailed input, another might need many back-and-forth questions. How can I manage tokens so users don’t run out mid-process? Is there an unlimited token option, or other ways to avoid going broke?
- File Output Automation: The bots create files (e.g., brand summaries). I use Google Drive, Zapier, Make, and GoHighLevel (with user profiles for clients). Can these files auto-save to a user’s GoHighLevel profile or Google Drive? How do I set this up without Notion or databases?
I’d love to hear your solutions, hacks, or experiences with similar setups. Thanks so much!
Cheers
Kath!
