How do I delete a tier in my studio?

I had apparently linked my Stripe account to my Studio successfully, but when trying to create a test subscription, I got a message from Stripe saying that I cannot connect a U.S.-based company (Pickaxe) with a Stripe account in Mexico (which is where I am located). During the process of disconnecting the account to try linking a different one, I was prompted to first delete the Tiers I had created, but I can’t delete this one:

I should mention that I even deleted the Stripe products thinking that might help, but it didn’t.

Could you help me remove that Tier so I can connect another Stripe account to my Studio?

Yes you need to always have a free tier in the current system. That won’t be the case in the future!

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to monetize my studio because Stripe is not available with Pickaxe for Mexico. Will there be an integration with PayPal soon? :frowning: Thank you.

If your bank does not support a Stripe connection, I suggest monetizing outside of the studio with your own paywall. It has the additional bonus that there won’t be a revenue share with Pickaxe.
