@stephenasuncion we are having an issue with the knowledge base of a studio where there are multiple duplicates of the same files and they can’t be deleted.
This is the error:
The studio ref. is: STUDIO5287NQAM7ZXHSIB
Tried to clone the studio but the problem remains.

The files in the knowledge base appear multiple times and you can’t delete them
You get the error when you try to delete them
