Before migration my pickaxes were nicely referencing my knowledge base files in their responses, as instructed. Since migration, all the pickaxes are making up answers and when I click the little magnifying glass, it’s clearly ignoring the entire database (see screenshot).
I gave it a few days after migration and double checked that the files are uploaded and turned on and still the same issue.
I’m having the same issues with mine. I have a Studio dominated by quite technical content and prior to migration it was using this content/knowledge all the time. When I view the explorer now, it never touches the knowledge base just like your experience @daniellesutton.
I’ve tried adjusting settings for the knowledge base (increasing tokens/adjusting the sliders etc) to no avail.
Let me knowing find a way around this. I’d like ringer back using my knowledge base and not just the AI model due to the specificity required.
Any update on this… I’m still getting the same message as the OP since migration and its impacting the quality of response quite dramatically.
To be clear, its not intermittent - its perpetual.
