It would be great if we could set up the chat (embed) so that when the user accidentally closes the chat window, they don’t have to restart the entire conversation. At the moment, users are forced to start over just because they closed the window by mistake. This isn’t very user-friendly.
We have been embedding it into our mobile app and would like more control over the padding between elements. The icebreakers run into the welcome text, the chat input message does not fully display etc.
We’ve been embedding a pickaxe into our react and legacy webapps (logged in users only). We’re doing a bit of css overrides (z-index, button appearance, fixing some other css that was bleeding in). Main pain point is that closing the pickaxe is a bad experience, and we’d love to be able to inject page/app context as the user uses the app.
GoHighLevel is the platform of choice for us right now.
Embeds work fine as both popups and inline but of course the user memory and chat history isn’t accessible so we are sending customers to the studio to signup.
This 2x signup process isn’t ideal - it would be great to have an automatic user creation for PickAxe when someone signs up via GoHighLevel form.
