October was a big month for Pickaxe and the community. We launched a lot of new features, had a big influx of customers, and saw…dramatic music… The Rise of the Pickaxe Experts! Who started answering questions on the forums and being hired by other customers.

Here are community forum highlights from the last month. And also an announcement that I will now be exercising my mighty power as admin to occasionally rename topics to more search-friendly titles so that other users can find them. So if your topic’s title changes, that is why.

NEW FEATURES
We added a ton of new features this month. The big feature was the official rollout of Actions, which let users connect their Pickaxes to other pieces of software via API or webhook. We also released a set of features to give builders more power & control over knowledge bases. You can expect all this features to continue to improve.
