No option to add Policies, our and platform provider obligations

We do not have option to add polices only to add emebed code for thirdparty policy.
We do not have consent option on the user sign up process.

Obligations of the SaaS Provider (Pickaxe)

1. Shared Responsibility Model

In the SaaS model, there is a shared responsibility between the provider and the customer. While the provider is responsible for the infrastructure, application availability, and basic security, the customer is responsible for data protection, user management, and compliance with legal requirements.

2. Data Protection Measures

The SaaS provider should ensure robust data protection measures such as encryption, access controls, and regular backups. They should also provide tools or options for customers to implement their own security policies.

3. Compliance Support

The SaaS provider should support compliance by offering features that allow customers to meet regulatory requirements. This includes providing options for adding privacy policies, terms of service, and other legal documents.

We must add polices:

Compliance and Legal Risks

Without the ability to add policies, you may face significant compliance issues. Many regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and others, require clear privacy policies and terms of service to be communicated to users. Failure to do so can result in legal penalties and fines

User Trust and Transparency

Users expect transparency regarding how their data is handled. Without clear policies, user trust can erode, leading to customer dissatisfaction and potential loss of business

If we have issues, Pickaxe will also have them.

Please, everyone, check your legal obligations!

Agreed, we need these features on Pickaxe!

@anon56036692 - Where did you get this information from? I’d like to learn more about the various requirements. Looks like this might be from a document/article?

We will be releasing a feature to studios that will allow you to add plain markdown pages. So you’ll be able to add privacy policy pages there.

Are we now able to add markdown pages yet? We need to add pages, not just the folder and pickaxe’s!
