I’ve created a tool for a client, and I’m going to give her the iframe to embed it on her website.
Is there a way to password protect this, so that only people that she shares the link AND the password with can access the tool?

You cannot password protect embeds. That must be done at the level of the webpage. Many website builders have a password-protect feature.
Alternatively, you can create an invite-only studio which only allows approved users to use the tool.
