Set up a custom domain

I set up a custom domain as I normally do for Pickaxe Studios. Although I received an error message during the confirmation process, the domain appears to have set up correctly — it’s functioning as expected.

However, it’s not showing in the Studio’s settings page. When I try to add it again, I get an error saying it already exists, which suggests the setup did in fact complete.

Would you be able to manually connect it on your end?

Can you provide a screenshot or further description of the error?

I’m not sure a screen shot really helps here:

  1. Added a new domain.
  2. Failed during setup on Pickaxe but seemed to work and I can access my studio via the domain.
  3. When i visit the settings page, the custom domain isn’t shown - only the pickaxe shortcut.
  4. If I try to edit this and re-add my domain, it fails. Message is attached.

I understand why I have the error, I don’t understand why my domain is not showing on my dashboard in the pickaxe.
