I noticed that when users cancel their subscriptions in the middle of the month, they lose the credits they paid for. I thought they could use their credits until the end of their billing period?

Hi @rainmaker,
Try changing it from the billing portal settings on Stripe. I believe you can set it to “immediate” or “until the end of the period”.

Thanks Stephen! I changed it and took screenshots for everyone else. You can close out this convo. In Stripe > Customer Portal > Change to Cancel At End Of Billing Period
