Hi, Have been seeing a lot of great progress on V2. When can we expect it to be generally available? Any timeline? Also will this be available to all the people regardless of the plan they have?

It is available now if youād like to use it. Just email me at info@pickaxeproject.com.
The caveat is if you migrate your account over, you wont be able to access the old version of Pickaxe. There are still a few kinks weāre working out, which is why we havenāt rolled it out to everyone yet.
Hi @admin_mike I message Ian with my feedback and some questions a couple of weeks back. Iād be keen to know more about the migration steps as the structuring of the knowledgebase changes and Iād be keen to know how that moves over and what limits there will be on knowledgebase uploads.
Is there a route to moving over existing pickaxes and maintain links to the comingled knowledgebase?

Yes everything on your account gets migrated over (pickaxes, actions, studio users, Knowledge Base docs too).
The migration is super simple from a user standpoint. You just click āmigrateā.
Everything must be in a studio now, so if you have Pickaxes outside of a Studio, we automatically create you a studio called āmisc toolsā and put all your studio-less tools in it. Otherwise, itās pretty straightforward.

Do LTD users have the same access to V2?
Yes, with exception to the āinviteā feature which allows you to invite editors/developers to your projects - that is a feature available for Pro-tier subscribers (LTD subscribers are on Gold plan). @admin_mike can confirm.

Does this update address any of the performance issues? Iām a Pro subscriber who paid for a year up-front but have been in product limbo for the last 3 months due to up to 15 second bot replies. The only thing slower than the Pickaxe performance is the several weeks between support ticket replies and being ignored. Starting to give up hope.
Whoooo hooo! canāt wait to see it. I have been so busy, I am only just starting to look at my pixaxes, but I can tell you this right now, I love it! Just concentrating on the learning curve at the moment, but the potential is HUGE for my niche

Yes! There are certain Pro only features just like the current platform. Otherwise LTDs have access to all Gold features.
The new site is faster and more performant. Re the support issues, Iāve been very responsive to every issue you bring up and spent several hours looking into your issues personally. If thereās an issue I missed, feel free to email us (info@pickaxeproject.com) and we will get on it. However, when the issue is simply āitās too slowā itās not really a ticket we can solve expediently. As Iāve mentioned before you can certainly refund your subscription if itās too slow and purchase again when itās faster. We are not stingy with these.
