What's the best way to integrate video resources into the KM base?

It would be perfect in conversations with users to point to video resources. How do you integrate them into the Knowledge Base? I’ve tried to include a link to the YT channel, a Pdf with the list and URLs of the videos (RSS feed style)… what would be the best solution?

If you include the link to a Youtube video as a website into the knowledge base, it will scrape the audio transcript of the video. Here’s a post about how to add youtube videos to your chatbot.

A link to a youtube channel won’t work. Currently, you need to enter links to individual videos.

Hi Mike, and many thanks for your quick answer. understood your answer. I tested mentioning a video in chat response - Embedded, and the video can be played directly in the chat module… great for engagement. Thanks for the reminders about optimizing prompts in the excellent video ”4 tips for writing AI chatbot prompts" .

Glad you got it working! Yes our chat containers render lots of rich media including images and videos.

After some inspiration, I just wrote up a guide on how you can make your Pickaxe render images inside a chat.
