I have created a chatbot with the AI, answered all 3 questions and received the message that my chatbot has been created. Where can I find it now?
There should have been a button the popped up that allowed you to move to the next step. Did you not get a button? Sometimes it takes a few seconds.

It sounds like you’re confused by our Automatic AI Tool Builder. This interview you, writes you a prompt, and then dumps you into the builder with the prompt filled in.
On the Automatic AI Builder page, after it’s written you a prompt, and you approve it, you need to wait until a blue button pops up that says “Go to your new Pickaxe!”. If you click that, it will take you to the tool. I’ve included a screenshot for your convenience.
