Hello guys, as the title suggests I am trying to figure out how to integrate AI features into my website? I use wordpress and want to integrate one of my pickax chatbots to the site. I was reading about embedding an ai, but does anyone have any experience with wordpress?

Integrating AI features is pretty simple actually! There are a variety of ways to do it.
First, you need to decide what value you want AI to provide on your website. Once you’ve decided that, you’ll want to create the chatbot and embed it in your website. Here’s how you do that, step-by-step:
- Create a chatbot on Pickaxe
- On the control panel, click “Deploy” and then “Embed”.
- Customize the chatbot’s styling & appearance.
- Copy the iframe embed code and paste into your website. ’
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to embed AI into a Wordpress site specifically. It’s pretty simple. You’ll want to add a Custom HTML block, click on the + Block Inserter icon and search for it, or type /html on a new line and hit enter. You can also type /html on a new line and press enter to quickly add a new Custom HTML block.

As Mike mentioned, there are 2 ways to add AI to your site that we support on Pickaxe.
If you click the deploy button in your control panel, you’ll see that we let you embed the tool, and put it in a studio.
In studio, you can even set up a custom domain so that it better conforms to your website’s brand!

Hmm I see. If I were to make updates to my chatbot are those updates reflected automatically on the embedded chatbot, or do I need to re-embed?

Great question. The updates to the brian of the bot are made instantly! There’s no need to re-embed.
