Unable to respond to chat prompt after submitting form (+ minor formatting issue)

Hi hi, two issues with a new form bot. One minor, one major.

Minor issue:

1. With my color scheme, any dropdown menu on a form bot turns up white-on-white:
   
   

Right now my workaround is just not to have a dropdown and list the options separately. But I thought I’d let you all know.

Major issue:
2) When I input my prompts on the form, if there’s anything else the bot needs to know before giving me all the proper outputs, I’ll get a message, but no way to reply to the message.

There’s no text input box anywhere.

Hi @suzanneyada,

First issue about dropdown menus should be fixed. Regarding the second issue, please see Go to chat upgrade! Forms now automatically open up as a chat. 🎉

There are two solutions to the second problem.

Either you need to write an expanded propmt and make sure to get all the information in the first round. The other option is to enable the ‘go to chat’ feature. This will automatically open up the result in a chatbot conversation so the user can follow up with more information.
